This is the main hub of my Faeformers fan continuity.
Faeformers is a multi-dimensionalcrossover between various fae-ified Transformers canons and a magicalalternate universe where humans live alongside “furries”, and fae, on a very magical and wild (not-earth) planet.
The actual lore and plot of this is subject to much change as I figure out where things best pan out for so many characters and story lines. Refs are also subject to being redone(multiple tines) as I finalize things for characters and species.
I hope you’ll all enjoy this multiverse of magic and mayhem!
There are 7 different main courts, based on 7 main Transformers factions:
There are multiples of these courts as well, and they differentiate themselves by court name modifiers. These modifiers are based on the major fae territory the courts are within. There can only be one of each major court within a given territory.
There are also minor courts, which may or may not exist in every major territory. Not all minor courts are recognized by all, if not most, of the main courts in their corresponding territory.
A fae’s eye colour matches their court’s colour. They can change their eye colour outside of this, or else they wouldn’t be able to blend in as normal animals, but it is considered unrespectful and possibly even treacherous if one consistently does not use their court’s colour.
In Faeformers, there’s 3 main species groups: Fae, Humans, and Kemonomimi.
Fae are strongly connected to magic and can use it quickly and freely. They are divided into courts/factions depending on their core beliefs. These courts have many groups within them who have different methods for achieving their core beliefs. There is much conflict between the courts and also within them too.
Humans are rather limited with magic, instead using science to better themselves and fix problems.
Kemonomimi are what happened when interbreeding between humans and fae compiled over billions of years, creating a group of species who are more animal-like in appearance than humans, and are equally good at both science and magic.
Not all Fae’s true forms are fully realized/unlocked right from birth. Usually through meditation and/or extreme experiences will their true form be fully unlocked/realized. The unlocking/realizing typically only gives minor changes to a fae, like a pair of wings, more eyes, additional arms, etc, but usually only one of these changes happens.
A fae’s disguised forms are usually a range of least change to most change based on their true form to the animal/“furry” form that is closest in species to their true form. Before “furries” existed, a fae’s best disguise was to mimic the animal that was closest to them, but afterwards, fae can now swing between various form states and usually pass easily as a “furry”. Tho they will still go full animal disguise form if the human community they are infiltrating does not allow “furries” or fae freely.
A fae can drastically change their body shape to properly match whatever species they are mimicking. They can change their colours and fur patterns/markings tho they usually keep their patterning.
Fae have multiple forms, their true form and their various disguises.
It is extremely hard for a fae to mimic a human, much less perfectly, and only the most skilled of fae use it often.
The Silk Palace is the home of non-fae spider-folk, and giant spiders. It is a gigantic spiderweb that covers most of a massive forest. It is the place to go for information regarding anything or anyone. It’s a neutral ground for anyone that hasn’t broken any of the rules The Silk Palace has, because if you mess with one spider, you mess with them all.
So, I use nicknames a LOT with transformers bc their names are long and I can sometimes forget how they’re spelt. So if you ever see a name that you’ve never seen before, it’s probably my nickname for them.
